I plan treatments to improve the harmony, shape and colour of the smile while maintaining health and function criteria.
I do not approach dental aesthetics in isolation. I assess the bite, gum condition, colour, proportions and material durability before proposing crowns, veneers, resins or fixed rehabilitations.

Common questions
Which treatments are included in dental aesthetics?
It may include aesthetic restorations, veneers, crowns, reconstructions, changes in shape or colour and broader rehabilitations. The indication depends on the condition of the teeth, gums, bite and the patient’s expectations.
What is the difference between a crown, a veneer and a reconstruction?
A reconstruction restores part of the tooth with adhesive material. A veneer mainly covers the visible area of the tooth and is often used to improve shape, colour or proportion. A crown covers the tooth more completely and is indicated when there is greater loss of structure or a need for protection.
Do aesthetic treatments damage teeth?
It depends on the treatment and the case. Some procedures can be very conservative, while others require tooth preparation. That is why it is important to assess whether the aesthetic benefit justifies the intervention and to choose the most conservative option possible.
Can dental aesthetics be improved without crowns?
Sometimes, yes. Depending on the case, alternatives such as adhesive restorations, whitening, minor shape corrections or combined treatments may be considered. Not every aesthetic concern requires a fixed prosthesis.
How long do crowns or aesthetic restorations last?
Longevity depends on the material, hygiene, bite, habits such as clenching or grinding, and the condition of the underlying tooth. Check-ups help detect wear, leakage or fractures before they cause larger problems.
